Sarah Troicky Physical Therapist
Specialties: Manual Therapy, Dance-Specific Injuries
Sarah is originally from Longmont Colorado. Growing up, Sarah fell in love with the athletic art form of dance. She has an extensive personal background in a variety of dance styles including but not limited to ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop. Through her dance career, she received many awards and scholarships that led her to dance at the EDGE performing arts center in Hollywood, CA. While she took dance classes at the EDGE, she was a participant in a research study that assessed common dance injuries, performed by the physical therapy department of USC. This inspired Sarah to combine two passions of physical therapy and dance. Sarah recently graduated from Pacific University’s physical therapy program in May of 2019. During her studies, she completed an internship at The Ohio State University in which she gained hands-on experience working with ballet dancers. Sarah is also a certified athletic trainer and has vast experience working with athletes and sports-related injuries. Sarah’s approach to physical therapy includes looking at the patient as a whole person striving to get to the root of the problem. She is patient, persistent, and committed to helping you overcome your pain. In her free time, she enjoys walking on the beach, hiking, and taking dance classes for fun.
